I like the Peripheral Vision strip, it's a silly gag and I like the way the artist reproduces the Sidekick Girl characters. It took me a second but I remember where I heard the name before; Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, it only lasted a season but they had sort of an ongoing gag with Peripheral Vision Man

I did it in honor of that show, also because in the show they said, " They are just going to keep writing it till someone finds it funny."

I actually have all the smaller files, which are going to go in one giant thread now that the winners have been posted. Expect them to start going up this week as I upload them to photobucket and whatnot. It may take awhile to get them all up, there's a bunch.

Call me skeptical but I don't think you'll get it up before the next update

Considering that I said I would START getting them up within the next week, and then said straight out that they would take awhile to actually all be posted, I think that comprehending that it would take more than a week doesn't mean you're skeptical, I think it means you can read.

Here is an example of what HeroMachine produces, something I created for the Sidekick contest, then misplaced and never sent in. I found this when I fired up HeroMachine again for the Supervillian contest: She is a sidekick because her primary power is pretty lame; she can generate peculiar "force marbles" that are almost frictionless, but have a consistency akin to spongy nerf balls. She can generate a stream of them as an attack, which strikes with a not-inconsiderable impact resembling a fire hose, but has found her best bet is to spray them on the floor and let enemies slip on them. Her personal force field is similar in quality, usually sufficient to reduce incoming attacks but not really stop them. That's it, I hadn't done a full development workup on her (stats, weakness(es), secret ID, etc.)
