I paid to see a lot of bad movies for lack of anything better to do back in high school. ("Down To You" for example, or that one with Hugh Jackman and something about cows from right after X-Men came out.) But I thought I got out of that habit.
Then I went to go see "Mamma Mia!" God it was terrible. Then again, I really should have known better. Anyone else paid good money to see something god awful in recent memory?

Streetfighter (the movie, not the anime) Mortal Kombat: Annihilation Just to name the first two that still have mental scarring

You know, I just remembered that I went to see "Batman and Robin" when it came out in theaters with my dad and little brother. That's a pretty terrible movie right there, but that was my dad's money wasted and not mine.

Star Wars I, II, and III. Take that, George Lucas.
Also Forbidden Kingdom, but I only paid three dollars to see it.

Talladega Nights. We were in there literally only fifteen minutes and the theater wouldn't refund our tickets

Bloodrayne.
I've paid more money that I'm willing to admit seeing Uwe Boll movies (but always in the cheaps shows at $2.00 a pop). It's mostly out of morbid curiosity. I know I know, I'm only feeding into the reason why people still allow the man to make movies, but it's comedy gold without meaning to be.
I've seen other really bad movies but nothing stands out quite so sharply as Bloodrayne. Oh I saw House of the Dead too. Sigh.

Bloodrayne, yes. We went out for applebees after that to salve the wounds.
But Batman and Robin...I spent money for that one...TWICE. Full price. It was wretched the first time. Then I went again. Not because I really wanted to. Oh, no. But because it was Gnora's last weekend at home before heading back up to school, and hanging out with her was more important than my eyes at that point.

At least Blizzard laughed him out of their offices when he showed up wanting to make a Warcraft movie.

Well as long as somebody keeps paying to see his movies, they'll keep giving him money to make crap.

Actually Amy still owes me from making me go with her to see the Dukes of Hazzard movie. I asked that she take me to see Bloodrayne but it was not actually in a real theater in Lansing ever that I could find.
