We hit a new low this year, it was like -60C or something with the wind. It was difficult walking to work that day.

It's absolutely bitter here. Not TOO bad in the morning when the sun was out, but I've been shivering all day.

Yeah. It was cold enough here yesterday that my car didn't start after work. Frozen fuel line. Thank my lucky stars though, I was closing with Erika so she was able to drive me to get some Iso-Heet which we put in my tank and then I crashed at her place. After buying some booze and cake. It was a sleep over!! We haven't had one of those since before I started driving.

You guys have winter, we southerners have summer . . . I'm going to be hating life and posting about it here on the forums around June, and July, it jumped 100 degrees habitually last summer, I am predicting more of the same this summer.

Thing is, we have Summer, too. Not as intensely as you have summer, but we also have heat waves that get into the 90s-100s, with high humidity, where you can't step outside for a nanosecond without drenching in sweat. Because Michigan is just a jewel of diversity that way.
...on the plus side, we grow a lot of tasty fruits and vegetables. Mmmm....strawberry season....

I dunno. The snow that fell here last night was quite lovely. It looked like falling feathers.
