It snowed surprisingly hard saturday night in Lansing. But, I am done wearing socks for the season no matter how cold it reverts back to. I hate socks so much.

You and Gnora's dad would have a lot of common ground. He is, if I recall correctly, a liberal hippie doctoral student who wears birkenstocks as long as there's not a foot of snow.

Agreed. The recent snow is far from a heap, but just HAVING snow in April i depressing.

After I stood there, stupidly staring out my window with coffee grounds in one hand and my freshly-washed coffee pot in the other early in the AM, I thought: "Oh yeah, this is Michigan, and we ALWAYS have snow on thanksgiving and easter!" and went grumbling to work.
