Ok, so we want something for y'all to do for funsies while we're fixing up the new site. Question is, what do you want?
we have already had create a sidekick and create a villain.
Some ideas:
Another Create A something
Something with Coloring
Something with Costume design
A fanfic style writing contest
The only rules so far are that it has to be something that can be done completely on the forum, and with minimal interferance from us (ie, pictures and writing would be posted here directly, instead of emailed to us)
Give us your ideas and we will consider them before deciding what we want to do.

Wow, it's been like 3 years since I've been here. I have no idea why.
Create a something contests are awesome. I missed the last two.
You could always go directly to Create a Hero, since you've done sidekick and villain already. Complete the set.
Bonus points for making said hero useless.

How could any hero be more useless than Illumina?  Although her powerset does have some capability, as demonstrated while Val was operating it... I have something ready to go if that contest is chosen, legacy of a "Mystery Men" style tabletop rpg from years ago, heh heh heh. Fanfic isn't out of the question, either.... I notice that this hero 'verse doesn't seem to have any organizations or groups, a la The Avengers or Justice League. Is this an oversight or something forced by the legal strictures under which heros (and villians) operate? If it is possible to have a hero group, maybe a contest to name one? Even if none of our primary characters belong to it... |

I like the idea of another "Create a something" contest. There's already a hero, villain, and sidekick. How about creating a henchman? Or creating an innocent bystander? Or creating a member of the superfolks' cleanup crew? Or creating an independent hero organization? ;D. Or it could be "Create a Mary Sue". Or it could simply be another "Create a Sidekick" one, I bet it'll be fun for anyone who missed the first one and totally didn't know this existed until last week, like me  . |

Who couldn't use another villain??!! They're like tissues when you have a cold. Never enough!
Or maybe a Guest Fan Comic contest? (like a visual version of the fanfic idea...? Peeps could work in Story/Artist teams maybe...?)
Rabid Fan/Crazy Stalker contest of one of the heroes/villains/sidekicks/etc.
Umm... Hero/Villain Enhancement Inventor/Product Manufacturer contest. (A middle man character who doesn't discriminate sides and finds a way to do it legally...for the most part)
Supernaturally Unfortunate Pedestrian/Bystander Contest.... *is reaching*
