MOTOR CITY COMIC CON 2013

We'll be there on Sunday, as attendees. Look for us in SG t shirts. We'll be wandering, taking in the con goodness, probably looking for unsuspecting souls upon which to thrust fliers.

If there's any merch you've been itching for, let us know and we'll bring it. We MIGHT bring some general merch and leave it in the car. We'll definitely have the buttons cuz they're easy to carry.

I'll do quick sketches for tips (on a scale of "Sorry, I don't have any money but I really want a sketch anyway!" to "OMG, here's a whole bunch of money!") Laura will have to chime in on if she'll do sketches, as she is asleep now and I cannot ask her.

We will also do a meet n greet at a nearby bar/restaurant after the dealer hall closes for anyone who wants to hang out. Details TBD. We'll want to get a head count before the show ends to get an appropriate table.

We used to get a table every year. Then the price started going up more and more, and it became too much of an investment with no return. Last year we did Penguicon, and that went very well for us, but this year between my class schedule and Laura's family trip it just wasn't in the cards. We have a few cons we would like to do, possibly starting with Fanfare in the fall. We won't know for sure til later this summer, but hopefully we'll be able to be at a convention or two.
