I'm gonna third that. And Welcome, mysterious guest fan!
This comic illustrates one of the mysteries of the universe: Girls love gay boys. Why? Hard to say. Of course, it's a generalization, but it's one I've found to be true many a time.
It's certainly not for fashion advice. Thinking across the spectrum of the gay boys I have known (again, not speaking for the entire demographic), their fashion sense has run the gamut of fabulous all the way to being lucky to remember that pants go on before shoes.
One gay man I discussed this with is convinced that it's a simple case of infatuation. Girls are all in love with their gay guy friends. I don't agree, but that's what his experience has been.
I think my conversations with Ben (my former coworker and Big Gay Boyfriend) have yielded the most sensible explaination that I've heard to date. Because the male friend has no possible interest in the female friend, it's completely pressure-free and worry-free. I've never had any trouble with my straight male friends in that regard, but it is certainly more fun to flirt with gay friends.
Ladies, what do you think? Gentlemen, thoughts?

I know the reason. It's the same concept for why guys like girl-on-girl action.
The only thing better for a straight man than a hot girl is two hot girls.
Therefore, with straight woman . . . same thing.
Makes clear sense to me.

we need some fan service with women in it stat Um, pardon? Don't you get fan service every time Mack is in a comic? The second the ladies get something to look at, you're demanding more? Maybe panty shots? A lady tied up?

Oh god, what have I done. No, too late to make things right. The only thing now is cold death on the end of Japanese steel.

You've all already had "panty shots" (because Mack basically wore a thong from most of the comic) and Val's already been tied up. I'm not doing sexy tie-ups. At least not of women because there's enough of that out there that I don't need to add to it.
Masoob, I commend your insightfulness in donning your tactical body armor. It's a good call.
And Mr. K, why would I need Japanese steel when I have a nice wooden baseball bat?

Because it is harder to stab oneself with a baseball bat, and I was referencing performing seppuku. Who wants to be the one that cuts my head off after I have cut into my stomach?

Oh killing yourself isn't fun. Let someone else do it!

Isn't someone helping another commit Seppuku optional?

From my vast reserve of seen it in a movie knowledge, I believe it is considered highly honorable to help someone commit ritual suicide.
