Here's a chance to help decide a supporting character. Leave us a comment as well about your choice and why IT MUST BE SO.

I'm voting for ferret because they just look like it would fit in with the long sweepy lines in your art style.
...but a rat is fine too.

Heh. Ferrets rock. I've always wanted one. I voted rat because I miss my rat and saw rats in a pet store yesterday and so they were at the front of my mind. My snake is jealous.

I voted snake on behalf of Lore's snake.

Any woodland critter will do. Except chipmunks, little bastards.

Chipmunks eat s***. I can attest to this via first hand viewing experience. Horse s***, to be precise. At least the ones on Mackinac Island do.

Talking Robots make great pets! That is until their programming gets corrupted and they try to kill you. !__! [ ] < killing Hu-mans = good

The corrupted program of pet robot on a killing spree could very well make up a story arch.

I agree about pint size. I'm going to work on a few sketches to make sure, if we end up doing the robot, it doesn't look like any other side kick robot out there.

I voted rat. I love rats, they rule. They're also smart and cunning and affectionate. They're a good blend of different traits but often misunderstood ("EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEW, a RAT???"). I think it' be a good match.

Once, my rat Hippie got out of her cage. I don't know how long she was out as I was gone most of the day. When I saw the empty cage, I was so upset. I stood in the middle of the room and desperately said, "Hippie?" Almost instantly there was a little squeak and Hippie ran out from under my bed and sat on my foot, looking up at me. It was utterly amazing. SMARTEST. PET. EVER.

I vote ferret! My own ferret (and i don't know if this is normal for ferrets) was basically like a two year old child on speed. The first few years I had him i'm not sure he knew what type of animal he was- he climbed the christmas tree, attempted to jump between furniture, and climbed through a vent and into a furnace. The reason I like the idea of a ferret as a character is that they (evidently) have absolutely no concept fear.

I vote ferret too. But it should spend most of its time asleep, because that would annoy Val sumthin awful.
