How old do you have to be? I remember DC having stories about Superbaby. And then there's the PBS preteen superheroine Wordgirl, with Toby, one of her foes (and who's secretly in love/like with her,) creating giant robots to threaten her city.

Well, what else are they going to do if a licensed supervillain is a little boy? You can't very well have a full-grown adult beating on a child, no matter how diabolical and sinister said child is. It's bad publicity!
