We really need you to post the actual picture. This is easily done by uploading it to photobucket (or similar) and using the IMG code to paste the picture. Sadly there are too many malicious files out there to be clicking links or downloading files.

It dawned on me that Mac and Val have the capacity to be "naturally" effective specifically because Mac is "mesmerizing". Val is usually downplayed, practical and the antithesis to the hero flash style, while having Illumina float around, dazzling people with her light bursts and endowments would provide Val an easier time cleaning clocks with her baseball bat if they are preoccupied oggling. That being said, the nature of her power means she heals but doesn't not feel pain, and I thought she'd eventually start wearing something protective. I tried to make a flak jacket / pad assembly that would play to her natural stances when using a baseball bat, and allow her to use her elbows, shoulders and fists when needed. I went for an amalgamation of stab vest and moto-cross pads and downplayed colors to off-set Illumina's flashier displays. I also included Mac in this image to show the difference I had hoped to show with Val's outfit compared to her hero. If I executed this successfully, you should find yourself looking at Mac first.  |
