Print and post fliers for SG in public places. Make sure you have permission. Post a picture of yourself with the flier hung. (We will send you a pdf of the fliers when you register for this class.) Good places for fliers are coffee shops, comic and game stores, college activity boards, etc
Post a picture and summarize your experiences.

Not sure what the normal delay on the PDF should be. I'm registered but it just said "Thank you for filling out this form."

Since I completed the flyer and mini-comic at the same time, the posts have similar intros. This Halloween I did some reverse trick-or-treating. I donned my Scooter Girl cape and dusted off my pink Razor Scooter. I'd ring the door bell, quickly drop candy into the offered bowl and say, " Reverse Trick or Treat!" I also gave out candy regular trick-or-treaters as I meet them on the street. The reactions were as mixed as a Jelly-Belly grab bag, but the candy (mixed Mars brands) was well received. To complete the flyer portion of the Shameless Self Promotion Class, I put three of the flyers on my bucket. However, in hindsight, I think the costume and my behavior drew was too great a focal point for the flyers to be an effective promotional tool. Oops. Below is a picture of my bucket with the flyers. I also make a nest for the candy with mini-comics leftover from a false start. For pictures of Scooter Girl and the mis-adventures of the mini comics, see assignment 3.

This was a creative way to get around geographical difficulties with this assignment.

Geographical difficulties...that pretty much describes my life as a geek. Thank goodness for the internet.
